My approach to life enhancement
I’m Vix Marie, Creator of the VQ Lifestyle Hub, a unique fusion of business acumen, energetic mastery, and soulful transformation.
My journey into coaching didn’t start on a yoga mat or at a spiritual retreat, it began in the lecture halls and corporate boardrooms where I built a career as an events and sales executive, and later a business and marketing academic. But behind the spreadsheets and strategies, I knew something was missing: soul.
After juggling three jobs while studying full-time for my third degree and navigating years of burnout, people-pleasing, and “pushing through,” I decided to rewrite the rules. I swapped hustle for harmony, and the “situationships“ for a husband who is my soulmate. I built a life and business rooted in ease, purpose, and alignment. This doesn't mean I never feel human emotions, ups and downs, or the 'ick'. It means I know how to manage these occurences, what they mean and how to make it work to my advantage, rather than spiriling back into anxiety or overwhelm, my shadow is my BFF and I accept my life lessons as a redirection.
I now work just 10 hours a week doing what I love, travel the world on an almost monthly basis, and recently married the love of my life that I once only dreamed of calling in.
This isn’t just what I teach, it’s what I live.
